It features a composition of 96% tin and 4% silver, with a melting range of 430 degrees Fahrenheit. This solder works just as easily as 50TW/50 lead solder using the same soldering technique. The kit also includes 1.7 oz. of H-2095 water soluble tinning flux, which is specially formulated to clean, flux, and pre-tin all metals except aluminum. For added convenience, an applicator brush and sand cloth are included to help ensure a smooth and effective soldering process.
