It is ideal for use on walls made of cinder and concrete blocks, stucco, brick, retaining walls, basements, swimming pools, bird baths, fish ponds, and foundations. This waterproofer effectively stops water under pressure up to 10 P.S.I., which is equivalent to a water column over 22 feet high. For best results, any chalky efflorescence deposits should be removed by etching the surface prior to application. The formula is alkali-resistant and can be applied on slightly damp surfaces below ground, though dry surfaces yield the best finish. Its low odor, VOC/VOS compliant formulation makes it easy to work with and clean up using just soap and water. Application is simple with a brush or roller, covering approximately 75 to 125 square feet per gallon.
