INCRA PushGuard Push Block & Hand Shield combines an oversized push block with both an integrated Hand Guard and a removable clear debris shield, creating a powerful wall of protection for your hands. Designed to provide triple the safety features of conventional push blocks, it is ideal for use on router tables, jointers, and other tools. The tough, double-walled ABS Hand Guard portion always stays between your hand and the cutter, offering superior protection especially in situations where a traditional guard cannot be attached to the fence. Additionally, the removable clear deflector shield effectively blocks flying debris, helping to protect your eyes as well as your hands during template or bearing guided work. Beyond safety, this top-quality accessory enhances your workpiece control and accuracy. The rubber pad on the bottom of the push block is thick, grippy, and generously sized at just over 7" x 3", providing the perfect gripping surface for both smooth and rough cut lumber. Ergonomics have been carefully considered as well: the PushGuard’s handle has a larger diameter than other push blocks, allowing you to comfortably get both hands on it. The handle features deep ribbing on both sides for a secure and comfortable grip, and it is slightly offset from vertical to better align with your shoulder and provide extra clearance from the cutter.
