Liquid Nails 10 oz. Polyurethane Construction Adhesive is expertly formulated to provide strong, durable bonds that withstand a wide range of temperatures, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. This adhesive delivers a weather-proof bond that is tougher and more resilient than conventional adhesives, ensuring long-lasting performance. It works effectively on a variety of construction materials, including non-porous surfaces such as glass, ceramic, plastic, and vinyl. For best results, apply a 1/4" bead of adhesive to one surface, join the materials within 30 minutes, and press firmly to achieve an adhesive thickness of 1/16” to 1/8”. Mechanical fasteners or bracing should be used to hold surfaces together until the adhesive cures, which typically takes 8 to 12 hours depending on environmental conditions. This product is recommended for use with brick veneers, countertops, MDF paneling, foamboard, plastics, vinyl, subfloors, ceramics, mirrors, metal studs, particleboard, plywood, treated lumber, drywall, tileboard, granite, marble, cabinets, concrete, stone, and composite materials. It is not recommended for use with ceiling tile. For cleanup, mineral spirits or toluene can be used on wet adhesive, while dried adhesive should be scraped off.
