This gray, paste-like compound effectively smooths and fills minor dips and imperfections, ensuring a structurally sound, clean, and dry surface free from contaminants. It can be applied over various substrates including concrete, cement backerboards, ceramic tile, exterior grade plywood, and vinyl flooring. Ideal for interior use only, this floor patch is protected with MoldGard Technology to resist mold and mildew growth. It can be smoothed or featheredged for a seamless finish, and deeper fills greater than 1/4 inch may require multiple applications. After application, it is recommended to wait 4 hours before tiling, with longer drying times needed for deeper repairs.
