Sorby Hardwood Scraper Blade, 3/4 in. is designed for turners who prefer crafting their own turning tool handles or for use with Sorby's Sovereign System handles. This scraper blade features a negative rake on the bevel, which helps reduce the risk of tearing wood fibers and leaves a beautifully polished surface on all types of wood. Originally created to work with hardwoods in the production of musical instruments, it is equally effective for both bowl and spindle work. The scraper is tanged at one end and measures approximately 1/4 inch thick by 8 inches long overall. Made from High Speed Steel (HSS), it offers durability and precision. For use with the Sovereign System, a tang collet adapter (85406) is required. The product comes with an instruction sheet and is crafted in England. Model Number: B821190
