System Three G-2 Epoxy Kit, 12 oz. has been a trusted adhesive for over 30 years, especially effective on oily and acidic hardwoods such as Teak, Ebony, Mahogany, Rosewood, and other tropical woods. It also works exceptionally well for bonding challenging materials like oak and cedar. Originally designed for waterproof bonding of rot-resistant woods in fine yacht joinery, this epoxy is suitable for both interior and exterior use, including applications below the waterline. The G-2 epoxy mixes easily at a 2:1 ratio, whether in small or large batches, offering a long pot life and curing overnight without the need for clamping pressure. Once fully cured, it can be machined, drilled, sanded, and tapped. It performs best within a temperature range of 50°F to 102°F, has a gel time of 90 minutes at 77°F, and reaches full cure in 48 hours at the same temperature. This product contains no VOCs and provides 12 ounces of adhesive, proudly made in the USA.
