Watco Black Walnut Danish Oil Finish, 1 Quart is a penetrating oil finish designed to enhance and protect wood surfaces without cracking, chipping, or peeling. This finish stains and protects in one easy step, delivering a natural hand-rubbed appearance that resists water and alcohol. Ideal for furniture, cabinets, doors, trim, and paneling, it offers a semi-transparent black walnut color that enriches the wood's natural beauty. Suitable for interior use, the finish dries to the touch within 2 to 4 hours and is ready for use after 8 to 10 hours. For added durability, it can be topcoated with Varathane Liquid Plastic or Elite Diamond Finish after 72 hours. Application is best done with a soft cloth but can also be applied using a brush or synthetic steel wool. Cleanup is simple with paint thinner or mineral spirits.
