Watts Water Pressure Regulator Reducing Valve, 3/4 in. is a lead-free series N45 standard capacity valve designed for both commercial and residential applications. It effectively reduces incoming water pressure to protect plumbing system components and minimize water consumption. Constructed with a durable bronze body, this valve features a stainless steel integral strainer, thermoplastic seat and cage, thermal expansion bypass, and a sealed spring cage suitable for waterworks pit installations. The valve comes in options including female threaded union or solder union inlet with NPT threaded female outlet. It supports a maximum working pressure of 400 P.S.I. (27.6 bar) and offers an adjustable reduced pressure range from 25 to 75 P.S.I. (172 to 517 kPa), with a standard factory setting of 50 P.S.I.
