MFM Windowwrap PSX-20 is crafted from a tough, aluminized multi-layer polymer film and coated with a specially formulated rubberized asphalt, making it highly resistant to UV rays like no other product on the market. Its durable aluminized surface prevents stretching during installation and ensures it can withstand exposure without degradation for up to six months. This flexible and self-sealing material effectively seals around nails, screws, and staples, providing a reliable weatherproof barrier. A release paper protects the asphalt and is removed as the tape is applied, allowing it to adhere securely to prepared substrates such as plywood, OSB, masonry, aluminum, vinyl, steel, drywall, insulation board, and house wrap. Additionally, it can be used as a weatherproof barrier between metal brackets and ACQ lumber.
