Zinsser Mold Killing Interior & Exterior Primer, 1 Gallon is a water-based fungicidal protective coating designed to paint over and eliminate all existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor-causing bacteria, and other fungal organisms. This primer contains an EPA-registered antimicrobial agent that prevents the growth of mold, mildew, and fungi on the paint film, helping to cover residual microbiological and fungal stains effectively. It also binds chalky siding, masonry, and metal surfaces, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications. For surfaces with heavy soiling, wetness, or loose material, a pre-cleaning step is recommended to ensure the best results. The primer has a flat white finish, dries to the touch in 30 minutes, and can be applied using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer.
