For best results, any chalky efflorescence deposits should be removed by etching the surface before application. Its alkali-resistant formula can be applied on slightly damp surfaces below ground, though dry surfaces yield the best outcome. The low odor, VOC-compliant formula cleans up easily with soap and water and can be applied with a brush or roller. Each gallon covers approximately 75 to 125 square feet.
