Ideal for all types of exterior wood, including premium-grade lumbers such as Western Red Cedar, Douglas Fir, Cypress, Spruce, and Redwoods, it offers exceptional versatility. Designed with a Goof-Proof™ formula, it requires no back-brushing and will never leave runs, laps, or streaks. There is no need for a primer, thinning, or dilution before application, and it can be sprayed, rolled, or brushed onto surfaces. Ready Seal Natural Stain requires no specific temperature range for proper use and contains no linseed or vegetable oils, preventing algae and fungus growth. It also resists cracking, chipping, flaking, or peeling, ensuring long-lasting protection. For best results, clean the wood surface thoroughly before application, removing mildew, dust, dirt, oil, grease, and any old stains or sealers. The wood must be completely dry for at least 48 hours, and moisture content should be 12% or less. Take care to protect plants and porous surfaces from overspray, and avoid damage when pressure washing.
